投稿標題(英): Compare and discuss for Clostridium difficile and Helicobacter pylori.

投稿摘要: Background: Most of patients with Clostridium difficile associated disease (CDAD) use antibiotics before having symptoms of CDAD. pylori ( HPY ) is the primary cause of peptic ulcers and gastric cancer.
Methods: The aim of the study was to investigate in a regional hospital in northern Taiwan. We used two kinds rapid Immunochromatographic detection of CD and HPY to compare with each other results.
Results: A total of 92 isolates were collected between Jan 06, 2018 and Dec 12, 2018. GDH Ag positive rate 33/92；35.87% and Toxin positive rate 12/92；13.04%, the other one HPY positive rate 40/92；43.48%. These were determined during the study period.
Conclusion: We found almost all patients are infected with GDH at they're about 70% of patients with CDAD include age greater than 65 years, and summer (5-7 month) have the highest positive rate. HPY in the age group 50-64 years old had the highest positive rate. The other data analysis, see the detail described.
