想請問針對泌尿道感染高危險群,執行會陰沖洗時是可以使用不含酒精的優碘稀釋沖洗嗎?

依據HICPAC(Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee)指引(2017 update)（https://www.cdc.gov/infectioncontrol/pdf/guidelines/cauti-guidelines.pdf)，p.13,44,45並未建議使用,相關內容如下：Do not clean the periurethral area with antiseptics to prevent CAUTI while the catheter is in place. Routine hygiene (e.g., cleansing of the meatal surface during daily bathing or showering) is appropriate. (Category IB)
